Brochure
The cover of this brochure, developed to increase donations to cancer research, includes a real dollar bill affixed under a transparent plastic window. Because it was anticipated that the real dollars would be removed by some recipients, there is a photo of another dollar underneath with an appeal to send more dollars.
Campaign
"Make the Right Turn" was an anti-DUI campaign conducted by the California Highway Patrol that targeted California's middle school students. The campaign was unique in that it targeted tweens who could not yet drive – the idea was to reach them early and dissuade them from getting into an older driver's car if they suspected the driver was intoxicated. A key part of the program was a 15-minute video that was used at school assemblies. I developed the name and logo for the program, wrote radio and TV scripts, and designed all campaign materials.
