The Partnership HealthPlan of California (PHC) Community Report of 2020 featured on its cover a sidewalk chalk illustration that referenced the many chalk illustrations of support that were left from neighbor to neighbor in 2020. It was a different year for everyone, and the community report acknowledged that. PHC’s staff worked from home for most of the year, so the report featured a few staff photos (shot from a safe distance) of their staff in front of their homes.
